Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the first point of contact for our clients—students and parents—providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from clients professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding tutoring services, subjects, and fees
  • Assist in matching students with suitable tutors
  • Maintain updated records in CRM or database
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and follow up when necessary
  • Collaborate with the tutor coordination team to schedule sessions
  • Collect client feedback and help improve service quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or admin support is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Urdu and English)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and Gmail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
