Fulcrum is looking for Brand Activation Manager for one of our FMCG client in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts.
  • Drive brand activation campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market trends.
  • Pitch innovative ideas, prepare proposals/RFPs, and negotiate with stakeholders to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, activation, operations) to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor performance of business development initiatives and activations, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Play a key role in shaping strategies that expand both market presence and brand engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years' experience in business development, brand activation, sales, and client management, ideally reporting to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to generate business and deliver impactful activation campaigns in FMCG/retail or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Hands-on project management expertise; able to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Experience preparing and presenting RFPs, proposals, and activation pitches.
  • Strategic thinker with a blend of commercial acumen and activation creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350, Rs380,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Brand Activation: 7 years (Required)
  • RFP and Proposal : 7 years (Preferred)
  • FMCG : 6 years (Preferred)
