Job description:

Position: Brand Manager

Experience: 2 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

· Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.

· Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure brand consistency.

· Manage brand communication and promotional activities across various channels.

· Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

· Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message.

· Maintain competitive awareness by tracking industry trends and competitor activities.

· Support product launches and coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in brand management, preferably within the marketing agency

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in marketing tools and software relevant to brand management
