Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Brand Activation Executive who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a passion for driving brand growth through strategic campaigns, retail activations, and innovative customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand activation plans to drive in-store traffic and awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to roll out promotions and product launches.
  • Organize and manage in-store events, retail campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze performance of activations and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Manage activation budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand activation, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for fashion and retail.
