Role Description

The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, producing construction drawings, coordinating with BIM teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves collaborating with other professionals in the firm and clients to deliver high-quality, buildable designs. The candidate will also be responsible for, drawing detailed design schemes, and ensuring the technical feasibility of projects.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in producing Construction Drawings and Drawing skills
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Experience with BIM software and tools is preferred
  • Prior experience in offsite construction is a plus
