We are a growing e-commerce brand operating through Shopify and looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager with expertise in paid advertising and digital marketing. Our ideal candidate is experienced in scaling e-commerce businesses through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies, monitor performance, and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    ,
    TikTok
    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage marketing funnels and retargeting strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting to drive campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for engaging ad content and visuals.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Implement growth strategies tailored to
    Shopify e-commerce stores

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in paid social media advertising (Meta, TikTok).
  • Proven track record of running profitable campaigns for
    Shopify/e-commerce stores
    .
  • Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, targeting, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a
    remote environment

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with Google Ads or Pinterest Ads.
  • Knowledge of email/SMS marketing automation.
  • Strong creative direction for ad copywriting and visuals.
