Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and develop recruiting strategies for all staff and executives.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods i.e. LinkedIn, social media platforms, and job portals.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings, and scheduling on-site interviews with candidates.
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire paperwork process.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with KPIs and company regulations.
  • Participate in various recruitment events and maintain all work according to recruitment guidelines.
  • Manage bulk hiring in rush hours and ensure achievement of all hiring demands.
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with the management.
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with educational institutes, and other partners.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Masters in HRM
  • 2-3 years of core recruitment experience
  • Excellent command on MS Office Suite
  • Familiar with social media sites and job portals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a good team player

Location: Gulshan e Maymar , Karachi (We will give preference to candidates who are located nearby.)
