Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates via job boards, referrals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate data and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a positive experience for candidates throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Good communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: DHA 6 (Onsite).

Shift: Afternoon (1 pm to 10 pm - Monday to Friday).
