We are currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Secretary – Recruitment to provide administrative and operational support to the senior management and recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance or recruitment coordination, with excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and senior recruitment team.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, travel schedules, and client appointments efficiently.
  • Manage internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize confidential records, reports, and recruitment documentation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports related to recruitment and client projects.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and tracking hiring progress.
  • Handle office management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure timely follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Recruitment Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment platforms or ATS (preferred).
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
