  • Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customers (RESC)
  • Back to market
  • Mid-market & prospects

In this role, you will provide support tailored to the needs of our customers and internal

stakeholders in one of these categories. Support ranges from key administrative activities

and other support required for RESC and the markets.

  • Providing customer support tailored to the needs of our customers & markets.

Examples include coordination, data and information gathering and visualization,

administrative activities, etc

  • Coordinating with local, regional and global teams and checking and validating input

to ensure projects are submitted on time and with the highest quality.

  • Establishing agile processes and workflows with the usage of AI & automation.

critical experience

  • 2+ years in customer support, preferably in HR services.
  • Knowledge of Randstad's business, customers, services, and industry trends.
  • Strong financial analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Postgraduate or equivalent diploma
