Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming materials, fabricated parts, and assemblies according to company quality standards.
  • Perform PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of specialized vehicles and equipment.
  • Conduct inspection of fabrication, welding, paint, and hydraulic systems to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
  • Verify welding quality, paint thickness, and finishing standards.
  • Inspect hydraulic assemblies, fittings, and functional operations.
  • Monitor in-process and final inspection stages across departments.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
  • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments.
  • Support continuous improvement and ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • DAE (Mechanical / Automotive ) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in vehicle manufacturing or fabrication industry.
  • Hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, paint, and hydraulic system inspection is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection tools, gauges, and measurement techniques.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
