Role Overview

We're looking for a Business Developer who can help us expand our reach, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires creativity, persistence, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software and tech services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, operations) to align offerings with client needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report business development progress and performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in a software/IT company).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment where adaptability and extra effort are key.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with target-oriented work.
  • Basic understanding of software/IT products and services.
