Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and manage platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development within the software or digital services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential business opportunities and actively pursue new leads

Manage and optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork

Create proposals and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demand

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions

Meet business development targets and report on performance metrics regularly

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, or a related field

6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role

Hands-on experience with Fiverr and Upwork is required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willing to work full-time onsite in Rawalpindi
