We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Junior AI/ML Developer
with
6 months to 1 year of experience
to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world AI/ML projects while contributing to innovative solutions for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
  • Work on data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
  • Implement AI/ML algorithms for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision tasks.
  • Support in evaluating model performance and fine-tuning for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and data scientists to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Integrate ML models into applications or APIs with support from the development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and best practices in AI/ML.
  • Prepare documentation and contribute to reports on model performance and findings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of practical experience in AI/ML development (internship or professional).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Basic understanding of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
