Role:

Join our AI team to support the development of intelligent modules for the HR Policy Bot. You'll contribute to recommendation systems, personalization engines, and NLP-driven policy retrieval. The role involves hands-on work with data pipelines, model experimentation, and integration into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preprocess structured and unstructured data including policy documents, user profiles, and behavioral logs
  • Assist in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating supervised and unsupervised recommendation models
  • Support end-to-end ML pipeline integration, including feature engineering, model deployment, and inference optimization
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as relevance scores, semantic similarity, repeated query rates, and model drift
  • Maintain experiment tracking using tools like MLflow or Weights & Biases and generate performance reports

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Experience with transformer-based architectures such as BERT, RoBERTa, or DistilBERT
  • Understanding of vector search, semantic embeddings, and reranking techniques using FAISS or Annoy
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and offline evaluation metrics like NDCG, MAP, and

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Basic NLP techniques including tokenization, lemmatization, and embedding generation using spaCy or Hugging Face
  • Knowledge of RESTful API integration and backend support using Flask or FastAPI
  • Experience with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and collaborative development workflows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with front-end, product, and DevOps teams
