Position Overview

We are seeking an
Implementation Specialist
who is detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused. You will manage the onboarding of new healthcare clients, configure billing systems, and ensure smooth integration of processes to support end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding for new clients (clinics, hospitals, or providers)
  • Configure EMR/EHR and billing platforms, payer setups, and fee schedules
  • Train client staff on billing workflows and system usage
  • Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure accurate claim submissions
  • Collaborate with internal billing, AR, and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1+ year experience
    in medical billing, RCM, or implementation roles
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare billing processes and workflows
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and billing software
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients/projects
