AI Specialist – Conversational AI & Predictive Analytics (On-site, Full-Time)

Experience : 2 years

Location : Islamabad – E11/3

We are seeking an experienced AI Specialist to join our team on-site and lead the design and development of AI-driven features that will transform how customers, vendors, and administrators interact with the platform.Key Responsibilities: ● Design and develop AI modules for:

○ Generative AI chatbot (LUMI) with Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and contextual memory for multilingual support.

○ Dynamic discovery screens powered by real-time user behavior analysis.

○ Predictive analytics dashboards for vendors (sales insights, restocking alerts, promotional suggestions).

○ Intelligent admin insights including heatmaps, fraud detection, and demand forecasting.

● Build and fine-tune AI models using platform data (orders, menus, user activity) with strict role-based data access.

● Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams (React Native, , , MongoDB) for seamless integration with platform APIs.

● Research and recommend best-fit AI frameworks (OpenAI, Whisper, HuggingFace, custom LLMs, Python FastAPI microservices, etc.) for scalable, real-time AI interactions.

● Optimize AI pipelines for low-latency, high-accuracy responses in live ordering flows.

● Work with product and UI/UX teams to design intuitive AI-driven customer and vendor experiences.

● Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and contribute to architectural decisions.Requirements:● 3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI development, including Generative AI, NLP, conversational AI, and recommender systems.

  • Hands-on Experience in developing AI Chatbots for ordering Systems.

● Strong experience with Python, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.

● Experience integrating LLM-based conversational agents (ChatGPT-style) in production environments.

● Proficiency with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies (Whisper, Google Cloud STT/TTS, or alternatives).

● Strong understanding of predictive analytics and data modeling for recommendations, demand forecasting, and anomaly detection.

● Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs and working with engineering teams for AI integration.

● Ability to work on-site with the internal team to deliver within 10 weeks.

● Bonus: Prior experience implementing AI chatbots or analytics dashboards for delivery, food ordering, or e-commerce platforms.Preferred Qualities:● Proactive problem solver with a focus on real-world AI implementation.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

● Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and developers.
