Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Expert will be responsible for creating impactful digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building meaningful online communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow company presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build strong brand relationships.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Specification – Social Media Marketing ExpertQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing both organic and paid campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Creativity, innovation, and an eye for design and branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
