We're seeking a highly skilled and creative
Social Media Expert
to manage, grow, and engage our brand's online presence across multiple platforms.

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Content Creation & Curation:
  • Produce high-quality, platform-optimized content (graphics, captions, videos, reels, carousels) that reflects the brand's voice and aesthetic.
  • Community Management:
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments promptly, and foster a loyal and active community.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs), analyze trends, and optimize strategies for better reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to ensure brand relevance and growth.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and PR teams to align campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Paid Advertising:
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns (including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.
  • SEO & Social SEO:
  • Optimize posts and profiles for search visibility using relevant keywords and hashtags.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management:
  • Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers or partners to expand reach and build credibility.
  • Crisis Management:
  • Handle negative feedback or PR issues professionally while protecting brand reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2–5+ years) in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Pinterest
    .
  • Proficiency in
    analytics tools
    (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Semrush, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Excellent
    copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills
    .
  • Understanding of
    SEO, paid media, and content marketing principles
    .
  • Ability to design basic graphics using
    Canva, Adobe Suite
    , or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Experience with
    social media automation tools
    and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with
    AI-assisted content creation tools
    (e.g., ChatGPT, Drilio, Jasper, etc.).
  • Experience managing eCommerce or brand campaigns.
