Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Design and execute data-driven strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across social platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Analyse performance reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, video, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) preferred.
