Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing:

Proactively identify potential restaurant partners through various online channels, including Google, Yelp, Instagram, and business directories.
- Data Management:

Maintain and update lead information in spreadsheets or CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective tagging for segmentation.
- Cold Outreach:

Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, or social media direct messages. Craft and deliver persuasive messages that spark interest in company's platform.
- Lead Qualification:

Evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to prioritize those with high conversion potential.
- Demo Booking:

Secure scheduled demo calls for qualified leads with the onboarding or account executive team.
- Follow-Ups:

Execute consistent follow-up sequences to re-engage cold or unresponsive prospects.
- CRM Logging:

Keep meticulous records of all interactions, lead statuses, and next steps in the CRM to ensure clear pipeline visibility.
- Market Feedback:

Gather and report insights on lead behavior, objections, and market trends to support continuous improvement of the outreach strategy.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (restaurant tech or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection in a fast-moving environment.
  • Passion for restaurants, food technology, or startup environments is a bonus.
