Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Project Manager located in Lahore. The Junior Project Manager will assist in coordinating workflows, expediting tasks, managing projects effectively, and ensuring inspections are conducted smoothly.

Responsibilities also include optimization of project delivery processes and collaboration with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including the ability to monitor timelines, manage budgets, and oversee project progress.
  • Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and compliance with project requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in BS (CS, SE, Project Management), or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong spoken & written English
  • Ability to conduct professional meetings with clients independently.
  • Good verbal communication - Organizing and planning - Dsciplined & Detail oriented.
  • Strong ERP knowledge with hands-on experience in implementation.
  • Support, Skilled in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
