About the Role

Brisk Dev Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Junior Technical Assistant Manager to support software project coordination, technical operations, and smooth workflow execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating software development projects from planning to delivery.
  • Support development, design, QA, and product teams to ensure timely output.
  • Break down technical requirements into tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays proactively.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Conduct and document daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and internal meetings.
  • Use project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Help define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication between technical teams and management.
  • Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, and team coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in technical coordination or project support.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with technical tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
