About Encyphers:

Encyphers is a leading technology consultancy specializing in custom solutions for eCommerce brands on platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce, and BigCommerce. We are looking for a skilled Software Project Manager to oversee and manage software development projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage software projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client needs.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Use project management tools (such as Jira, Trello, Asana) to track tasks and progress.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and challenges.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables through rigorous testing and quality checks.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Software Project Manager, preferably in software development or eCommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
