Assistant Manger

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all tax regulations (Sales Tax, Income Tax, etc.).
• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow statements, and suggest financial strategies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
