Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant with a strong background in Finance to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a finance-savvy professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, delivering high-impact implementations and optimizations of D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with a focus on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Project Accounting, etc.).

  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into D365 solutions.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on financial best practices and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional design documents, and support technical teams during development.

  • Manage and execute data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically in financial modules.

  • Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP standards, and enterprise financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in creating functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Prefered Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.

  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

  • Familiarity with global implementations and multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

  • Experience in industries such as Financial Services, retail or professional services is a plus.
