We are looking for a creative and practical Interior Designer who can design, plan, and execute modern and functional office spaces. The ideal candidate should not only have a strong design sense but also the ability to implement designs, source materials from the market, and optimize small spaces with smart, creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and plan interior layouts for office spaces, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
  • Create 2D/3D design concepts, mood boards, and detailed drawings.
  • Supervise the execution of designs — from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials, furniture, and décor.
  • Conduct market visits to compare prices, negotiate rates, and ensure material quality.
  • Manage on-site installation, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Propose space-saving ideas and innovative solutions for small areas.
  • Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and market pricing.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office or commercial interior design projects.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design tools.
  • Hands-on experience in on-site execution and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent negotiation and market sourcing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
