Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Islamabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions through Titan Kitchens products. The day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, demonstrating product features, providing quotes, closing sales, and managing relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be tasked with collaborating with the marketing and design teams to enhance sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and new sales team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with kitchen design and interior solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the kitchen cabinetry or related industry is a plus
