Roshan Packages is a leading packaging solutions provider dedicated to quality, innovation, and ethical business practices. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Officer to join our Head Office team and strengthen our legal and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, regulatory, immigration, and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government bodies as required.
  • Manage and oversee visa processing, work permits, and related legal documentation for employees.
  • Assist in dispute resolution, handling legal notices, and follow-up on litigation cases.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all company operations.
  • Maintain, organize, and update legal records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, labor laws, visa processing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in drafting and vetting corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
