We are currently looking for a highly experienced and resourceful Manager Corporate and Legal Affairs for one of our clients to be based in Lahore.

Ideal candidate should have the following skills set for this role.

Requirements:

  • LLB/BBA/BPA/MBA or any relevant degree
  • 5 years+ of experience in a similar external liaison, legal affairs, or government relations role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be confident, tactful, and resilient in navigating bureaucratic processes.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments when required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively liaise with local police and District Administration for resolving conflicts, filing/following up on FIRs and representing company in courts for legal cases.
  • Liaise and represent the company in dealing with external regulatory bodies, private and public sector institutions including LESCO, Police, PEMRA, PTA and District Administration etc.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and administrative offices.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation to support compliance and legal processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300, Rs400,000.00 per month
