We're looking for a motivated and passionate Call Center Training Executive to lead from the front — transforming new recruits into confident communicators and helping experienced agents reach peak performance. Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, results-driven training sessions for new and existing agents.
  • Develop sales, communication, and compliance skills through interactive programs.
  • Track post-training performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
  • Create impactful training materials, roleplays, and activities that inspire learning.
  • Collaborate with QA and Team Leads to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Keep every session energetic, practical, and goal-focused.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer (required 6 month).
  • Excellent English communication skills , spoken and written.
  • Strong grasp of sales strategies, customer service, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and energize teams effectively.
  • Creative, proactive, and hands-on approach to training delivery.
