Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation and management of the HRIS and related technologies.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
- Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership.
- Lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
- Provide training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures relevant to the use of HRIS.
- Stay informed about industry trends in HRIS technology and recommend solutions to improve processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
