Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rawalpindi for a Zonal Level Hiring in Real Estate Sales. The role involves managing and boosting sales performance within the assigned zone, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate domain expertise: Real Estate, Real Property, and possessing a valid Real Estate License
  • Sales proficiency: Experience in driving sales performance and achieving targets
  • Customer service skills: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Rawalpindi and surrounding areas is a plus
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
