Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi for a BCM/Team Lead Real Estate. The individual will be responsible for leading and managing a real estate brokerage team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication to meet organizational goals. Key tasks include developing strategies for team growth, managing commercial real estate transactions, overseeing team operations, and nurturing client relationships to drive success in a competitive marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate with expertise in managing real estate transactions.
  • Proven abilities in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, motivate, and support team members.
  • Proficiency in developing strategies for achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Knowledge of the local property market in Rawalpindi and Islamabad is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
