About the Role:

We're looking for a Cross Functional Associate
who enjoys solving problems and improving how things work. In this role, you'll work closely with multiple departments to identify process gaps, remove bottlenecks, and suggest ways to make teams work better together. You'll gain exposure across business functions, operations, and technology—ideal for someone who wants to build a career in management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify inefficiencies and recurring issues across departments.

● Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements.

● Coordinate with multiple teams (Operations, HR, Product, and Tech) to streamline communication.

● Track and follow up on cross-departmental tasks to ensure smooth execution.

● Prepare reports and insights on performance and process bottlenecks.

● Support management in implementing process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

● Excellent communication and coordination skills.

● Basic understanding of project or process management.

● Ability to work under minimal supervision and adapt quickly to changes.

● Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project tools (ClickUp, Notion, or Jira) is a plus.
