About the Role:

We're looking for a Cross Functional Analyst who can identify gaps and inefficiencies across different departments, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable solutions. The right person should be comfortable working with multiple teams and presenting their findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows, data, and processes across different departments to identify bottlenecks and issues

  • Develop and maintain analytical reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand challenges and recommend improvements

  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Present data-driven insights and solutions through concise reporting and visualization

  • Support management in strategic planning and process optimization

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in business process improvement or project coordination

  • Background in data analysis or business analytics
