Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Truck Tribe Logistics' dispatching services. Daily tasks include identifying and securing leads, building strong professional relationships, delivering tailored solutions to client needs, and guiding clients through the company's offerings. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with the team, providing training when necessary, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven Sales abilities to identify and secure opportunities that align with company goals
  • Experience in Insurance and relevant knowledge to provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to provide Training to clients or team members as necessary
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
