About the Role

We are looking for
energetic and driven Sales Agents and Dispatch agents
to join our Truck Dispatch team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships
, and
driving sales growth
in the USA-based truck dispatch market.

You will be working closely with our operations and dispatch team to onboard new carriers, owner-operators, and trucking companies — ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to successful partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients in the
    US trucking and logistics sector
    .
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable dispatch services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and client interactions in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum
    6 months of proven sales experience
    (preferably in Truck Dispatch, Freight Brokerage, or Logistics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in
    English
    .
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work
    night shifts
    (to align with US time zones).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
