Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Sale Closer | Upwork Bidder | Business Developer, located in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and closing sales on Upwork, communicating with potential clients, preparing proposals and bids, and ensuring successful deal closure. Daily tasks will include maintaining customer service standards, handling escrow matters, conducting closing processes, and developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experience
  • Proven skills in Closings, Deal Closure, and Escrow management
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
