Job Description:
This is a
purely target-oriented role
focused on generating sales and growing our business on Upwork. You will be responsible for identifying leads, closing deals, and maintaining a steady pipeline of clients. The role requires you to meet
monthly sales targets
, manage client relationships, and identify upsell opportunities. As we offer
uncapped commission
, your earnings are directly tied to your performance, with the potential to earn
500K/month
based on your success.
This is an
on-site position
located at our office in
Johar Town, Block G3, Lahore
, with working hours from
08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients on Upwork, focusing on full-stack development services.
- Develop and submit tailored proposals for websites, MVPs, mobile apps, and web app development.
- Achieve monthly sales targets
, ensuring consistent sales growth and client acquisition. - Maintain a
smooth sales pipeline
with regular follow-ups, closing deals, and ensuring timely project handoffs. - Upsell additional services
to existing clients, contributing to higher revenue generation. - Negotiate contracts and close deals with mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide continuous feedback to the team and contribute to improving our sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery after the sale.
- Keep updated on the latest trends in full-stack development to better communicate our services to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience
closing sales specifically in the
full-stack development
niche on Upwork (design, SEO, or other services will not be considered). - 2+ years
of experience in successfully closing deals in full-stack development (websites, MVPs, mobile apps, web apps) on Upwork. - A
target-oriented mindset
with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Demonstrated ability to maintain a
smooth pipeline
and secure repeat business from clients. - Proven success in
upselling
additional services. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical solutions.
- Ability to work on-site at our office in
Johar Town, Block G3, Lahore
. - Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven with the ability to close deals and generate business.
Compensation:
- Basic Pay:
100K - 250K (Depending on experience and performance) - Commission:
Uncapped commission
based on performance, with the potential to earn up to
