Job Description:
The Advertising Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships with clients in the advertising industry. This role requires strategic thinking and a passion for driving business growth through innovative advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the advertising sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights relevant to client needs.
- Create and deliver compelling advertising proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Track and report on sales and business development metrics.
- Stay informed about advertising industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development within the advertising industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of advertising and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
This full-time position requires in-person presence, fostering direct interaction with clients and collaboration with the team to achieve remarkable results in the advertising industry.
