HR & Admin Executive – (On-site | Rawalpindi)

Location: NASTP, Old Airport, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

About Us:

The Inventor Solutions (TIS) is a growing IT & BPO company providing IT solutions to US-based clients. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a proactive HR & Admin Executive to support recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance.
  • Implement HR policies, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
  • Manage admin operations - procurement, utilities, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor daily attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and coordinate payroll input with accounts.
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and HR documentation (letters, memos, etc.).
  • Ensure a smooth workplace environment aligned with company culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR or Admin (experience in BPO or IT company is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation ability.
  • Familiar with tools like MiHCM, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
  • High sense of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
