Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, & appointments, and preparing agendas, and recording minutes of meetings.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Ensure and prepare the necessary materials and information for meetings.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication
  • Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.
  • Ensure follow-ups on action items discussed during meetings.
  • Plan and organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations, Visa requirements, and travel-related expenses.
  • Act as a bridge for communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven 3 to 4 Years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant to senior management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
