Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Closer/Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be responsible for managing client interactions, closing deals, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, providing detailed information on services, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to contribute to seamless client services and operational efficiency.
