Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CSR/Closer. The CSR/Closer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes tasks such as managing customer communication, supporting customer needs, and improving the overall customer experience. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
