Control Room Site Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all MEP works: HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, plumbing & BMS

  • Coordinate with civil, architectural & systems teams

  • Supervise subcontractors & ensure project milestones are met

  • Enforce HSE compliance & ensure quality installations

  • Support Testing & Commissioning and client handover

  • Report progress, resolve issues, and manage site documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • 10+ years in MEP site management (control rooms/data centers preferred)

  • Strong grasp of SCADA, BMS, and integrated systems

  • Leadership, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination skills

  • Fluent in English & Urdu

  • Familiar with QA/QC, AutoCAD, MS Office & project management tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in utility, smart grid, or critical infrastructure projects

  • Knowledge of Primavera/MS Project and modern reporting tools

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs350, Rs380,000.00 per month
