About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with proven expertise in IT services marketing. The ideal candidate will excel in campaign strategy, SEO, analytics, and digital branding to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance-based marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns for conversions and lead generation.
  • Manage and implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to increase organic visibility.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to monitor performance and ROI.
  • Strategize and manage website marketing content to enhance traffic and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify audience trends and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for visuals, creatives, and ad copies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist within the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and achieve measurable results.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
