Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for a Firstmile Pickup Coordinator. The Firstmile Pickup Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the pickup of parcels from various clients, ensuring timely and accurate pickups, updating shipment status, communicating with clients and the operations team, and resolving any issues related to first-mile pickups.

Qualifications

  • Coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using automated software and mobile applications for tracking and booking shipments
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in logistics or courier services is a plus
  • High school diploma, Intermediate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
