
Telesales Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the account opening process is conducted strictly as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain comprehensive records of all clients and potential leads.
- Develop daily visit plans and share them with the Business Head - International for weekly review.
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline; report on STRIKE.
- Maintain a balanced sales activity level with a target of 35 calls per day for acquisition, development, and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales budgets and monitor daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Recovery team to follow up on all pending invoices for timely payment.
- Oversee shipment pickups by coordinating with the International Ground Operations team.
- Keep customers updated on shipment tracking through the Business Support Team.
- Identify and qualify airfreight and heavy shipment customers.
- Develop the import customer base by collaborating with the Import Pricing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience(1 -3 years )in international sales, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
