Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate in Software Engineering who is eager to learn, analyze business needs, and bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support senior analysts in preparing functional specifications and process flows.
- Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand project goals.
- Conduct basic research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and user documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (SE)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Jira, or other project management tools (a plus but not mandatory).
